The Lab Operations team provides vital support and management to our scientists to conduct ground-breaking work and keep our in-house wet labs in tip-top condition. We drive lab expansion plans, liaise with our procurement partner and the R&D team to maintain stock levels and manage inventory, provide housekeeping support to keep the labs tidy and assist the scientists with media/buffer preparations, maintain our state of the art labs and equipment in good order, and ensure that we comply with applicable health and safety legislations.

Recent projects include the expansion of our cell biology labs and the implementation of a barcoding system to manage consumable stock and inventory using our new Laboratory Information Management System.
