The Molecular Biology team develop bespoke, automated high-throughput cloning methods for the assembly of unique, ML generated biologics. Using cutting-edge sequencing approaches, leveraging molecular barcodes and strategic multiplex technologies, the team probe the genotype-phenotype relationship to unlock the biological fitness of thousands to millions of sequences which feed the ML process in the discovery of next generation therapeutics.

Recent projects include working closely with Automation to optimise our cloning workflows to substantially increase output and the successful implementation of new in-house sequencing technologies.
